Our Story

King City, Summerfield and The Highlands are unique 55+ communities built and developed by Tualatin Development Company (subsequently Hillman Properties NW). In 1982 our principal broker Eric Kvernland purchased Prestige Properties from TDC where he had been employed since 1977. Our elite staff of seasoned professional brokers live and work in the local community. Our inside knowledge of the communities, the properties and most importantly the amenity lifestyle offerings, give us the edge over our often ill-informed competition.
